TGA2567-SM是在TriQuint已證實(shí)的0.15um pHEMT生產(chǎn)工藝上制造的LNA增益塊。

TGA2567-SM的工作頻率為220GHz,通常提供19dBm1dB壓縮輸出功率和17dB的小信號增益。通過改變VG2可以獲得大于16db的可調(diào)增益。噪聲系數(shù)在中段通常為2分貝。
