8-22 GHz(X,Ku,K波段)低相位噪聲放大器MMIC

CMD246是寬帶(C,X,Ku,K波段)GaAs MMIC低相位噪聲RF /微波放大器(LPNA),非常適合軍事,航天和通信系統(tǒng)。在16 GHz時(shí),放大器提供17 dB增益,飽和輸出功率為+18 dBm,噪聲系數(shù)為3.5 dB。此外,當(dāng)輸入信號(hào)為10 GHz時(shí),放大器在10 kHz偏移時(shí)提供-165 dBc / Hz的低相位噪聲性能。CMD246 MMIC采用50歐姆匹配設(shè)計(jì),無需RF端口匹配。CMD246還提供完全鈍化,以提高可靠性和防潮性。
