CMD218是一款寬帶GaN低噪聲放大器MMIC,非常適用于微波無線電和C和X波段應用,其中小尺寸和高輸入功率生存能力是關鍵設計要求。寬帶設備提供大于22 dB的增益,相應的輸出1 dB壓縮點為+18.5 dBm,噪聲系數為0.9 dB。CMD218 LNA具有大于5瓦的RF輸入功率存活率。CMD218采用50歐姆匹配設計,無需外部DC模塊和RF端口匹配。
