TOREXXCL208系列是集線圈和控制IC于一體的超小型(2.5mm×2.15mm,h=1.05mm)降壓DC/DC轉換器。需要在外部添加2個陶瓷電容就能提供最高400mA輸出電流。

XCL208系列線圈一體型DC/DC考慮到內嵌線圈,轉換器使控制電路簡潔明了,將電路走線導致的噪音和工作常見故障降至最低。工作電壓范圍為1.8V(2.0V)6.0V,可使用堿性電池(2)AC適配器(5)V)提供功率電源使用目的性。XCL208系列線圈一體型DC/DC轉換器可以通過內部穩固(0).8V4.0V)輸出電壓選擇通過產品與外部安裝產品上。因為XCL208系列具備穩固頻率,可控制輸出紋波。

此外,還有軟啟動,CL自動放電性能,從CE管腳輸入低電平信號,使IC處在待機模式。
