TOREXXCL102系列產品是種線圈與控制IC超小型一體化(2).5mm×2.0mmh=1.0mm)的升壓微型DC/DC轉換器。XCL102系列產品轉換器在電路板上使用同步整流形式,不需要二極管,外界零件僅需兩個陶瓷電容器就可以建立高效率的升壓電源電路。由于外界零部件的減少,電源電路能夠最小限度地操縱基材設計導致的噪音和工作故障。

XCL102系列產品轉換器的輸入電壓范圍為0.65V6.0V,輸出電壓范圍包括2.2V5.5V(精密度±2.0%),能夠0.1V步進設置。準備了操縱模式PWM固定控制與PWM/PFM控制類型的轉換(自動選擇辦公模式)XCL102系列產品根據PWM可操縱輸出紋波固定的操縱。

此外,XCL102D類型根據CL在待機狀態下,充放電功能迅速減少輸出電壓,避免輸出設備誤動。XCL102E該類型根據旁路開關功能輸入和輸出導通,能夠驅動RTC等。
