HMC337芯片是一款集成LO放大器的次諧波(x2) MMIC混頻器,可用作上變頻器或下變頻器。 該芯片利用GaAs PHEMT技術(shù),芯片整體面積為1.28mm2。 2 LO至RF隔離性能出色,無需額外濾波。 LO放大器采用單偏置(+3V至+4V)雙級設(shè)計,僅需-5 dBm的標稱驅(qū)動。 所有數(shù)據(jù)均采用50 ohm測試夾具中的芯片測得,該夾具通過直徑為0.076 mm (3 mil)、最小長度小于0.31 mm (<12 mils)的焊線連接。
