HMC339芯片是一款集成LO放大器的次諧波(x2) MMIC混頻器,可用作上變頻器或下變頻器。 該芯片利用GaAs PHEMT技術,芯片整體面積為1.07mm2。 2LO至RF隔離性能出色,無需額外濾波。 LO放大器采用單偏置(+3V至+4V)雙級設計,僅需+2 dBm的標稱驅動。 立維創展HMC339所有數據均采用50 ohm測試夾具中的芯片測得,該夾具通過直徑為0.025mm (3 mil)、最小長度小于0.31 mm (<12 mils)的焊線連接。
