AMCOM的AM003536WM-BM/EM/FM-R是一款超寬帶砷化鎵MMIC功率放大器。它在0.01至3.5GHz頻段具有22 dB的增益和36dBm的輸出功率。該MMIC位于陶瓷封裝中,射頻和直流引線位于封裝的較低水平,以便于將低成本SMT組裝到PC板上。當直接安裝到印刷電路板上時,請參見應用說明ANB700了解說明。由于高功耗,我們強烈建議將這些設備直接安裝在金屬散熱器上。AM003536WM-EM是一種銅鎢直插式封裝。AM003536WM-FM-R是安裝在鍍金銅法蘭托架上的AM003536WM-BM-R。法蘭上有兩個螺孔,便于擰到金屬散熱器上。兩部分均符合RoHS標準。
