HMC578是一款采用GaAs PHEMT技術(shù)的x2有源寬帶倍頻器芯片。 由+3 dBm信號(hào)驅(qū)動(dòng)時(shí),該倍頻器在24至33 GHz范圍內(nèi)提供+17 dBm的典型輸出功率。HMC578 在28 GHz頻率下,F(xiàn)o和3Fo隔離分別大于25 dBc和36 dBc。 HMC578非常適合在點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)和VSAT無(wú)線電的LO倍頻鏈中使用,與傳統(tǒng)方法相比,可以減少器件數(shù)量。 100 kHz偏置時(shí)的低加性SSB相位噪聲為-132 dBc/Hz,有助于保持良好的系統(tǒng)噪聲性能。
