HMC659LC5是一款GaAs MMIC PHEMT分布式功率放大器,采用符合RoHS標準的5x5 mm無引腳陶瓷表貼封裝,在DC到15 GHz的頻率范圍內工作。該放大器提供19 dB增益、+35 dBm輸出IP3和+27.5 dBm輸出功率(1 dB增益壓縮),功耗為300mA(采用+8V電源)。

HMC659LC5在DC - 15 GHz范圍內提供±0.7 dB的出色增益平坦度,因而非常適合EW、ECM、雷達和測試設備應用。HMC659LC5放大器I/O內部匹配50 Ω,無需外部元件。HMC659LC5與高容量表貼制造技術兼容。
